Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states) only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on orders over $60.
Orders under $60 ship at a flat rate of $6.99.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us at support@delishous.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food and beverage items.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@delishous.com with your order number and photos.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Can I return a product if I don’t like the taste?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference (e.g., taste, flavor, or aroma).

What makes DeliShòus kombucha different?
DeliShòus is built on a tea-first philosophy — we start with premium Chinese teas, then layer in botanicals and florals for a more refined, elevated flavor experience.
Do you use juice or concentrates?
No. We use real dried fruits — never juice or concentrates — to create a cleaner, more natural taste profile.
Is your kombucha low in caffeine?
Yes. Many of our blends are naturally low or zero caffeine, depending on the tea base and botanicals used.
Is your kombucha only for gut health?
Not at all. While kombucha is traditionally known for gut health, our formulations go further — incorporating botanicals that support balance, skin vitality, relaxation, and antioxidant benefits.
Does your kombucha contain alcohol?
Our kombucha is carefully crafted to meet U.S. regulations for non-alcoholic beverages (under 0.5% ABV).
Do your products require refrigeration?
Depending on the product format, some items may be shelf-stable while others are best kept refrigerated. Please refer to the product label for storage instructions.
